Our Employees
Our employees are a very important part of making diversity and inclusion a key underpinning to the AOL culture. As such, we encourage the formation of affinity groups by employees who share similar backgrounds or interest in issues such as race, age, gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or abilities. The groups can be loosely formed as Employee Interest Groups (EIGs) or more formally chartered networks called Business Resource Groups (BRGs). The BRGs are sponsored by the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. Both types of groups provide opportunities for networking and professional and personal growth, and, also promote AOL’s overall diversity and inclusion goals.
